On Friday 24th of July The Creative Team exchanged cake for conversations at Edinburgh Central Mosque. The days leading up to this intervention saw a bit of a Conversations for Change bake-off, resulting in quite a lot of cake. With one stall at the front of the mosque, one at the back, and eight of us serving, we had almost enough resources to exchange with all 1,500 people leaving the mosque after Friday prayers. On the day, eighty people joined the discussion with cake servers on the topic of speaking about mental health in Edinburgh's muslim community.
