On Friday we spent the afternoon at the Yellow Bench cafe in Pilrig. We took it in turns to sit on their lovely bench and be 'open to conversation'. The bench is apparently part of a movement that started in Canada, designed to encourage conversation between strangers. An enjoyable and reflective day.
